Have not tried "send to connected device" Will do so.
However, are there any limits re number of routes or other settings that affect whether sync sends a new (yes I saved it first) route to the card?

Are you saying that when you go to open a route on your device, you don't see any routes in the list? Note that SkyDemon Plan doesn't actually put the routes in the Routes folder any more; SkyDemon Mobile does that on startup.

Looks to me as if transfer of synced routes to the routes folder on the card is not happening in latest beta OR sync not doing anything at all.
Using the Go Flying transfer does include WX, Tafs & Metars.

Anyone else using the card sync method (as opposed to Active Sync, MDC) and if so are you getting same problem?
Both synced OK, but initially when I put the new route in and I synced it and there was no route, however when I clicked 'send new route to connected device' under 'go flying' it transferred it OK.
There was no problem with SD though, I just hadn't saved the new route. as soon as I did it transferred OK on both computers.
I did not realise that this applied to future syncing -- just thought it applied to installation of new version.
Anyway, now all ok. Sorry for not getting it.
